3. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products (including beauty items, fashion accessories, and smart gadgets). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or images are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free due to display variations.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud).

  • Order Modifications: If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 DAYS business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to courier handling.

  • Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. NUKHBA is not liable for delayed or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Our return and refund procedures are outlined in detail in our Refund Policy. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Personal care and hygienic products are non-returnable once opened.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NUKHBA  its founder, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
