Shipping policy

At NUKHBA, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and seamlessly as possible across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and internationally. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time (مدة معالجة الطلب)

  • All orders are processed within  1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and official public holidays in Saudi Arabia).

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation via email/SMS once your purchase is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes (طرق الشحن ومدة التوصيل)

We partner with reliable courier services within KSA (such as SMSA Express, Aramex, and Saudi Post SPL) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Standard Delivery within KSA: 2–5 business days.

  • Same-Day / Express Delivery (Select Saudi Cities): Available in select cities (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery within  24–48 hours

3. Shipping Costs & Cash on Delivery (COD) (تكلفة الشحن والدفع عند الاستلام)

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on delivery region within KSA (Default: [SHIPPING COST, 25 SAR]).

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all KSA orders over [MINIMUM AMOUNT, 200 SAR].

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select Cash on Delivery at checkout, an additional handling fee of [COD FEE, 10 SAR] will apply as charged by our courier partners.

4. Tracking Information (تتبع الطلب)

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Courier Tracking Number and a direct tracking link.

  • You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment on the courier's official tracking portal or directly via our store.

5. Delivery Issues, Delays & Unclaimed Packages (المشاكل والتأخير)

  • Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within specified timeframes, unexpected delays may occur during peak sales seasons, holiday periods, or bad weather conditions.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address and Saudi National Address / Short Address details during checkout. [NUKHBA] is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate contact info provided by the customer.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If a package is unclaimed or delivery fails due to incorrect customer details/unreachability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. International Shipping (الشحن الدولي)

  • GCC & International Destinations: We ship to select international markets, including GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

  • Delivery Timeframe:  5–10 business days.

  • Customs, Taxes & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
